We Work With You From Day One
A well-made shirt is one of the most technically demanding garments to produce consistently. Collar construction, cuff finish, placket alignment, and fabric behaviour all affect the final result, and small inconsistencies become visible at scale. Whether you are developing a casual overshirt collection, a structured dress shirt line, or a branded uniform program, we handle the full production process from fabric sourcing and pattern making to sampling, production, and delivery.

Our Production Process
1. Inquiry
Share your design reference, sketch, or product brief. We discuss fabric direction, collar and cuff preferences, branding requirements, and production details together.
2. Fabric and Detail Planning
We source fabric options based on your direction and present them for review. Collar construction, cuff style, pocket placement, closure type, and branding method are confirmed before sampling begins.
3. Sample Development
A prototype sample is developed in approximately 14 days. We guide you through fitting and construction review, make adjustments, and proceed only once you approve.
4. Bulk Production
Production begins after sample approval. Average bulk production for 500 to 1,000 units typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks depending on shirt complexity. We keep you updated throughout with no hidden steps.
5. Quality Control and Delivery
Every shirt order goes through quality control before shipment. We handle packaging, documentation, and door-to-door delivery to your location. Road freight reaches major European hubs in 5 to 7 business days. Air freight delivers in approximately 2 days.
