Low MOQ Clothing Production in Turkey

Custom garment production for startups, independent brands, and buyers, starting from 100 pieces with low MOQ flexibility and full support from first sample to delivery.

We Work With You From Day One

Most clothing manufacturers set their minimums around the needs of large buyers. If you are building a brand, testing a new product, or placing your first production order, those numbers rarely make sense for where you are. Decide Fashion was built for exactly this stage — founders with a product idea but no factory relationship, buyers who need to see a sample before committing, and brands that want to grow without overcommitting to volume they are not ready for. We handle the full production process, and we keep you informed at every step.

Low MOQ and Flexible Production

✔️ Minimum Order Quantity: 100 pieces per style
✔️ Small Batch Production: Available for first orders, test runs, and seasonal collections
✔️ Scalable: From 100 units to thousands as your business grows
✔️ No Multi-Style Requirement: Start with a single style and expand at your own pace
✔️ Monthly Production Capacity: 10,000 units — equipped to scale with your brand’s growth

This makes us a practical option for brands at an early stage and for established buyers who want to test a new category before committing to volume.

Fabric and Certification Standards

We work with a range of fabrics across all garment categories, sourced based on your design requirements, target market, and compliance needs.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
Every component of the finished garment is tested for harmful substances. A baseline requirement for brands selling into European markets where textile safety standards are high.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard)
For brands that require certified organic production from raw material to finished garment. Covers environmental standards — including responsible chemical use and wastewater management — and social standards such as fair wages and safe working conditions.

GRS (Global Recycled Standard)
For brands working with recycled content. GRS verifies recycled material claims and tracks the chain of custody from source to finished garment. Essential for brands making credible recycled material claims without greenwashing risk.

If your brand needs to meet specific certification requirements for your market, we source accordingly.

Our Production Process

1. Inquiry
Share your design reference, sketch, or product brief. We discuss fabric preferences, garment category, fit requirements, and production details together.

2. Fabric and Detail Planning
We source fabric options based on your direction and present them for review. Construction details and finishing are confirmed before sampling begins.

3. Sample Development
A prototype sample is developed in approximately 14 days. We guide you through fitting and quality review, make adjustments, and proceed only once you approve.

4. Bulk Production
Production begins after sample approval. Average bulk production for 500 to 1,000 units typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks depending on garment complexity. We keep you updated throughout with no hidden steps.

5. Quality Control and Delivery
Every order goes through quality control before shipment. We handle packaging, documentation, and door-to-door delivery. Road freight reaches major European hubs in 5 to 7 business days. Air freight delivers in approximately 2 days.

Why Decide Fashion

25+ Years of Textile Manufacturing Experience
Our founders have been active in garment production and brand development since the mid-1990s, with direct experience working alongside brands in Italy and across Europe.

A Process Built Around You
We work with first-time buyers and experienced production managers alike. Our process guides those who are newer to manufacturing without slowing down those who are not.

Transparent Costs and Timelines
We tell you what production costs and how long it takes before you commit. No vague estimates, no unexpected charges mid-project.

Turkey-Based Production Advantage
Turkey offers a well-developed garment manufacturing ecosystem — strong fabric sourcing networks, experienced production teams, and finishing capabilities that match international quality standards. Proximity to Europe means faster lead times and easier communication than Asian sourcing.

Everything Under One Roof
Fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, production, quality control, and logistics — all handled by the same team. One contact, one process, one partner.

Real Production Experience

3,000+ Clients Served
We have worked with more than 3,000 clients over the course of our production history — from first-time founders bringing a single product to market, to established labels managing seasonal collections.

95% Client Satisfaction Rate
The majority of clients who work with us return for their next collection. That consistency comes from transparent processes, reliable timelines, and treating every project as a long-term relationship.

From Startup to International Stage
One of our clients, Othman, came to us at the idea stage. We supported them through concept development, design direction, sampling, and full production. Their collection debuted at Pitti Immagine Uomo 2025 — one of the most respected menswear trade events in the world.

We work primarily with brands and buyers based in Europe — building labels, sourcing for retail, and developing private label collections across the European market.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity starts at 100 pieces per style. We work with buyers who are not yet ready for large production runs and want to start at a manageable scale.

Can I order just one garment category to start?
Yes. There is no requirement to produce multiple categories at once. Many clients start with a single style or category and expand as their brand grows.

Do you produce samples before bulk production?
Every project starts with sample development. We build a prototype, guide you through fitting and quality review, and move to bulk only after you approve the result.

How long does production take?
Sample development takes approximately 14 days. Bulk production for 500 to 1,000 units typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks depending on garment complexity. We provide a clear timeline at the start of every project.

Are your fabrics certified?
Yes. We work with fabrics certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, GOTS, and GRS depending on your product requirements. If your brand needs to meet specific certification standards for your market, we source accordingly.

Do you support private label production?
Yes. We produce garments under your brand’s label with your woven labels, hangtags, and custom packaging. Everything is aligned with your brand identity.

We produce knitwear, denim, activewear, jackets, shirts, workwear, and streetwear. All categories are available with low MOQ from 100 pieces per style.
