Clothing Sampling Service in Turkey

Garment sample development for brands and buyers across all categories. We work from your sketch, reference, tech pack, or physical sample and refine until you approve.

Every Production Project Starts With a Sample

A sample is not a formality. It is the stage where your design becomes a real garment for the first time where fit, fabric, construction, and finish are tested before committing to bulk production. Getting this stage right saves time, cost, and significant frustration further down the line. Decide Fashion offers a professional clothing sampling service in Turkey for brands and buyers across all garment categories. We work from whatever you have a sketch, a reference image, a tech pack, or a physical garment and develop a prototype that accurately reflects your design intent. We revise until you are satisfied, and only then does the conversation about bulk production begin.

What You Need to Start

One of the most common questions we hear is what to bring to the sampling process. The answer is straightforward — bring whatever you have.

✔️ A Sketch: Hand drawn or digital. We work from your design intent and develop the construction from there
✔️ A Reference Image: A photo, screenshot, or tear sheet showing the style direction you are working toward
✔️ A Tech Pack: A detailed technical document with measurements, construction notes, and material specifications
✔️ A Physical Sample: An existing garment you want reproduced, refined, or developed further
✔️ A Combination: Many clients bring a mix of the above. We work with what you have and ask the right questions to fill in the gaps

You do not need a finished tech pack or technical design experience to start. We guide you through the process.

Garment Categories We Sample

Our clothing sampling service covers all garment categories we manufacture.

✔️ Knitwear: Sweaters, cardigans, knitted tops, and knitted outerwear
✔️ Denim: Jeans, denim jackets, denim skirts, shirts, and shorts
✔️ Activewear: Leggings, sports bras, shorts, tracksuits, and performance wear
✔️ Woven Jackets and Overjackets: Blazers, trenches, bombers, shirt jackets, and coach jackets
✔️ Shirts and Overshirts: Oxford, flannel, linen, denim shirts, and overshirt styles
✔️ Workwear: Overalls, cargo trousers, work jackets, vests, polos, and aprons
✔️ Streetwear: Custom cuts, graphic-ready blanks, and brand-led casual pieces

The Sampling Process

1. Inquiry and Brief
Share your design reference, sketch, tech pack, or physical sample. We discuss your requirements, fabric direction, construction details, and any specific features that need to be incorporated.

2. Fabric Selection
Based on your design direction and end use, we present fabric options sourced from our Turkey-based supplier network. Fabric is confirmed before sampling begins.

3. Pattern Making
We develop the pattern from your design input. This covers block development, construction detailing, and grading preparation where relevant.

4. Sample Development
Your prototype sample is developed in approximately 14 days. This is a physical garment built to your specifications for fitting and quality review.

5. Review and Revision
We guide you through a fitting and construction review. If adjustments are needed, we revise and produce an updated sample. We continue this process until you are satisfied with the result.

6. Approval
Once you approve the sample, it becomes the confirmed standard for bulk production. All production runs are measured against the approved sample.

Revisions Until You Are Satisfied

We do not limit the number of revisions in our clothing sampling service. We revise until you are satisfied with the result. That approach exists because a sample that does not accurately reflect your design is not a useful sample. Our goal at this stage is a confirmed, production-ready garment that you are confident in before bulk production begins.

Sampling Fees

Our clothing sampling service is a paid service. Sampling fees are agreed with each client before work begins and are based on the garment category, construction complexity, and fabric requirements of your specific project.

Sampling is positioned as the first stage of a production partnership. Clients who proceed to bulk production with us do so with a confirmed, approved sample already in hand.

Fabric and Certification Standards

All sampling fabrics are sourced by our team based on your design direction and requirements.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
Every component of the finished garment is tested for harmful substances. A baseline requirement for brands selling into European markets.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard)
For brands that require certified organic production from raw material to finished garment. Covers environmental and social standards.

GRS (Global Recycled Standard)
For brands working with recycled content. Verifies recycled material claims and tracks the chain of custody from source to finished garment.

If your brand needs to meet specific certification requirements for your market, we source accordingly.

Why Decide Fashion for Clothing Sampling

25+ Years of Textile Manufacturing Experience
Our founders have been active in garment production and brand development since the mid-1990s. That experience means we understand how to translate a design intent into a construction that works — across all garment categories.

We Work From Whatever You Have
You do not need a finished tech pack or a technical background to start. We guide you through the process from your first reference point.

Revisions Until You Approve
We revise your sample until you are satisfied. A sample that does not reflect your design accurately is not a finished sample.

All Categories Under One Roof
Knitwear, denim, activewear, jackets, shirts, workwear, and streetwear sampling are all handled by the same team. No need to find separate sampling partners for different garment types.

Turkey-Based Production Advantage
Sampling in Turkey gives you access to a strong fabric sourcing network, experienced pattern makers, and production teams with broad garment category expertise. Road freight delivers samples to major European hubs in 5 to 7 business days. Air freight delivers in approximately 2 days.

Transparent Fees and Timelines
Sampling fees and timelines are agreed before work begins. No surprises during the process.
