We Work With You From Day One
Finding a denim manufacturer in Turkey that works with smaller orders and first-time buyers is harder than it should be. Most production facilities are set up for high volumes and established relationships. Decide Fashion works differently. We built our process around brands and buyers at an earlier stage founders with a clear denim product in mind but no factory connection, buyers who need a sample before they can commit to bulk, and labels that want to test market response before scaling. We handle the full denim production process, and we keep you informed at every step.
Low MOQ Denim Production
✔️ Minimum Order Quantity: 100 pieces per style
✔️ Small Batch Denim Production: Available for first collections, test runs, and seasonal drops
✔️ Scalable: From 100 units to thousands as your business grows
✔️ No Multi-Style Requirement: Start with a single denim style and expand at your own pace
✔️ Monthly Production Capacity: 10,000 units, equipped to scale with your brand’s growth
This makes us a practical denim manufacturer in Turkey for brands at an early stage and for established buyers who want to test a new denim category before committing to volume.

Denim Fabric Options
The right denim fabric depends on the garment you are producing, the fit you are targeting, and the market you are selling into. We source denim fabrics based on your specific requirements, working primarily with Turkey-based suppliers to keep lead times short and quality consistent.
Below are the most commonly used denim fabric types we work with.
Rigid Denim (100% Cotton)
The original denim construction. No stretch, firm hand feel, and strong structure. Widely used for classic jeans, denim jackets, and workwear-inspired pieces. Typically ranges from 10 oz to 14 oz. Heavier weights offer more durability, lighter weights are easier to wear across seasons.
Stretch Denim (Cotton and Elastane Blend)
Cotton based fabric with 1% to 3% elastane added for flexibility. The most popular denim construction for fitted jeans, skinny cuts, and garments where comfort and movement matter. Offers the look of traditional denim with significantly better wearability. Available in a range of weights from lightweight at around 8 oz to mid-weight at 12 oz.
Poly Stretch Denim (Cotton, Polyester, and Elastane)
A three-way blend that adds polyester to the cotton and elastane base. Offers enhanced recovery, meaning the fabric returns to its original shape after stretching. Commonly used for high-waist styles and performance-influenced denim where shape retention is a priority.
Lightweight Denim (Under 10 oz)
Used for shirts, overshirts, denim dresses, and warm-weather pieces. Softer hand feel, better drape, and easier to work with for looser silhouettes. Less structured than heavier weights but still carries the visual character of denim.
Mid-Weight Denim (10 oz to 12 oz)
The most versatile range for everyday jeans and jackets. Structured enough to hold shape, comfortable enough for daily wear. Works well across straight, wide-leg, and relaxed fits.
Heavyweight Denim (13 oz and above)
Used for workwear, outerwear-influenced pieces, and garments where durability is the primary requirement. Stiff at first wear, softens with use. Selvedge denim typically falls in this range.
Selvedge Denim
Produced on narrow shuttle looms with a self-finished edge that prevents fraying. Associated with premium denim production and traditional Japanese and American denim heritage. Heavier, more structured, and more expensive than standard denim. Used for brands positioning in the premium segment.
Coated Denim
Standard denim base with a surface coating applied to create a leather-like or waxed appearance. Popular in contemporary and fashion-forward collections. Available in black, grey, and custom finish options.
Raw Denim (Unwashed)
Denim that has not been washed or treated after dyeing. Deep indigo color that fades and develops character with wear. Used for brands targeting denim enthusiasts and heritage-influenced collections.
Acid Wash and Stonewash Denim
These are finishing treatments rather than fabric types, but they significantly affect the final look and feel of the garment. Stonewash produces a softer, worn-in appearance. Acid wash creates a more contrasted, bleached pattern. Both are available as part of our washing and finishing service.
Fabric and Certification Standards
We work with denim fabrics sourced based on your design requirements, target market, and compliance needs.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
Every component of the finished garment is tested for harmful substances. A baseline requirement for brands selling into European markets where textile safety standards are high.
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard)
For brands that require certified organic denim production from raw material to finished garment. Covers environmental standards including responsible chemical use and wastewater management, as well as social standards such as fair wages and safe working conditions.
GRS (Global Recycled Standard)
For brands working with recycled denim content. GRS verifies recycled material claims and tracks the chain of custody from source to finished garment. Essential for brands making credible recycled material claims without greenwashing risk.
If your brand needs to meet specific certification requirements for your market, we source accordingly.
Why Manufacture Denim in Turkey?
Turkey is one of the world’s most established denim manufacturing locations. That position has been built over decades and is grounded in real infrastructure, not just reputation.
Geographic Proximity to European Markets
Turkey sits at the edge of Europe. For buyers in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, and Scandinavia, this means faster delivery, lower freight costs, and the ability to reorder without the long wait times that come with Asian sourcing. Road freight reaches major European hubs in 5 to 7 business days. Air freight delivers in approximately 2 days.
Strong Denim Fabric and Raw Material Access
Turkey has deep relationships with denim fabric mills and washing facilities. This gives manufacturers direct access to a wide range of denim weights, weaves, and wash finishes without the delays and markups that come with international sourcing chains.
Skilled Denim Production Workforce
Turkish denim manufacturing is supported by a workforce with generational expertise in garment construction, pattern making, and denim finishing. That craft knowledge shows in the finished product.
Cost Efficiency Without Quality Trade-Offs
Producing denim in Turkey offers a meaningful cost advantage over Western European manufacturing without the quality compromises that can come with lower-cost alternatives. For brands managing margins while maintaining product standards, this balance is one of the main reasons Turkey remains a preferred denim sourcing destination.
