From Reference Images to a Complete Collection
AZUR came to us with inspiration images and a vision. As a sportswear manufacturer in Turkey, we turned those references into proto samples, developed 4 models across 5 sizes, and delivered 300 finished pieces in 4 weeks.
Project Overview
AZUR is a Swiss fashion brand that came to us with a clear vision but no production infrastructure. They wanted to build their own label from scratch. We took their inspiration images and translated them into production-ready garments by handling pattern making, sample development, 3D embroidery detailing, and full manufacturing in-house.
The Challenge
AZUR needed a manufacturing partner who could do more than produce. They needed someone to interpret their creative direction and turn loosely referenced visuals into structured, wearable garments without losing the original feel.
